Return and Shipping Policy
REFUNDS
We're excited to give you a worry-free trial period of 15 days for our Nail Gellies and 30 days for our Cuticle Oil. If, by then, our promises don't quite hit the mark, no problem. You've got a solid 30 days to return them, and we'll sort you out with a 100% refund (excluding shipping). Your satisfaction is our priority!
Note: Quick heads-up – not vibing with the design won't fly as a legit reason for a return and refund. Let's stick to the essentials like product integrity!
RETURNS
To kickstart the return process, snap a pic of the product and flash us your proof of purchase (check your email for that gem) and email it to us at hello@cooco.au. It's smooth sailing from there! Once we've got your return, expect a friendly email confirming its safe arrival. We'll keep you posted on the approval or rejection of your refund. If it's a green light, we'll work our magic, and your refund will shimmy its way back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Easy-peasy refund process! We're not on the hook for any lost or stolen products. For some extra peace of mind, we recommend insuring the parcel. Better safe than sorry!
If you're sending back an item from a discounted set or bundle, keep in mind you won't score the full price of that individual item. The refund amount will be tweaked accordingly.
Note: Another heads-up, for returns, shipping's on you unless we goofed up and sent you the wrong thing or it arrived with damage. We're cool like that.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Give your order a once-over upon delivery, and if you spot a defect, damage, or the wrong item, shoot us a message pronto. We'll check it out and make things right.
